The Power Up Fitness Class is a LOW impact cardio and strength class for all fitness levels. Class participants will use weights, bands and other fitness tools with a variety of workouts to change your body and burn calories. Good music, great fellowship, exercise and prayer round out the perfect start to your week.
Power Up takes place on Monday mornings from 9:00am-10:00am and is taught by Sharon Seiler.
