Childcare

We offer childcare (or Sunday school) for all worship services, Bible study classes, Mom-to-Mom meetings, choir rehearsals, and other church events for infants through 5th grade. Childcare is available for those who use the Christian Life Center for $2 per child per hour, as time and space allows. We can even schedule childcare for your Sunday school get-together or party for a nominal fee (please CLICK HERE for additional information).

We ask for a 48-hour advance reservation for childcare and kindly ask that you notify us if you decide not to use our services prior to the event. Please check the church calendar to see if childcare is available during your event. For reservations or additional information, please contact Liz Turner or call the church office and leave a message for the Nursery Director. Please include your family information, including the names and ages of your children, and what event you will be attending.

Our Childcare Staff and Procedures

Childcare is located in the north hallway of the north education building. Each sitter has completed a background check and received necessary training, including CPR and basic first aid. Please sign in on the attendance roster indicating where you will be and any special instructions regarding your child's care. In the event of fire or evacuation, children will be escorted to the northeast corner of the parking lot.

Please bring all necessary items with you. Make sure all belongings, including the bag, are labeled. Parents are responsible for supplying bottles, milk, formula, juice cups, finger foods, pacifiers and loveys. If you use cloth diapers, include a seal-able plastic bag for soiled diapers. Please note any concerns about allergies on the sign-in sheet as a light snack may be offered during your child's stay.

The welfare of the children under our care is our first priority. If your child becomes ill, you will be notified immediately. Please refrain from bringing your child if he or she has had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours: diarrhea, vomiting, fever, rash, or virus. Children who have seen a physician and/or taken antibiotics for 48 hours will be admitted at the discretion of the nursery staff and director. Please understand that any decision regarding an ill child is made to provide a healthy and comfortable atmosphere for all children and staff members.
