Welcome to CUMC Princeton
Helping you and your family to build a strong faith foundation for your children is of great importance to us. The lessons and community your child builds today will be the blocks they stand on, and rely on, throughout their life when times get tough and their direction unclear. During our 10:15 service, we provide engaging lessons and activities grounded in Methodist theology for infants through 5th grade in Sunday school classes. Classes are led by volunteers that have gone through background checks and Ministry Safe procedures to ensure your child’s safety. By encouraging church members to take a role in our children’s ministries through volunteering, we hope to provide our children with leaders and role models across the community that they can look to for guidance. Likewise, this provides a learning and growth opportunity for the volunteers as well as they experience the joy and importance of teaching a child about Christ for the first time.
Because we are a start-up church, we have the unique opportunity to build our Sunday school classrooms up and take them down each week to fit our needs. We are able to adjust the room sizes and the groupings of our students to fit the week’s activities which are a great benefit to helping us ensure that lessons are as effective as possible. As our church grows so will our children’s ministries. Our goal is to soon have classes available for all grade levels, and, as it is, we already have a youth group in the works!
Save time on Sunday morning: Download the Sunday School Registration Form, fill it out, and bring it with you to church!
