CHRIST PLANO PRAYERS: AUGUST 26, 2026

Christ Plano continues to lift up prayers for the following:

• Healing for our country as it continues to experience division and violence
• Those areas of the world that continue to face devastating war/conflicts
• Guidance/protection for those affected by recent natural disasters (fires, earthquakes, floods)
• Protection/justice for members of our communities who face oppression/discrimination
• Individuals who are struggling with illness or are in rehab/hospital
• Loved ones/friends who are on hospice care/end-of-life
• Those serving as caregivers for loved ones
• Those who are dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or depression
• Those grieving a loss of a loved one, either through death or a broken relationship:
  • The family of Carolyn Bond, who passed August 23 (memorial TBD).
  • The family of Kathy Cooper, who passed August 23 (memorial TBD).
