At Christ United, serving others is second only to loving God. Below, you will find an abundance of volunteer opportunities that directly serve our church and its members.
SUNDAY MORNING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Communion Servers
Communion servers are needed during all service hours each Sunday. This is a great opportunity for your Sunday school class or small group. If interested, please contact Christy Parker.
Get Connected Volunteers
Sign up to volunteer at the Get Connected Desk where you will greet and help answer questions about Christ United. It’s ok if you don’t have all the answers! The most important part is a welcoming smile. If you have any questions, please contact out to Kristin Steed.

Rebuilding Faith
Participate in this multi-generational mission project (high school + older) that will take place in the Douglas Community. We are working on one house, but there are several different projects to help out with on the worksite.
Registration coming soon.
Snack Pack Project
Help us provide for people who are homeless or food insecure! You are making a difference by just providing food and a comforting note to someone who is in need. Whether it is for someone who is food insecure or a frontline worker who doesn’t have time to stop for nourishment, your snack pack may just be what they are needing to keep going. We hope that this project will be informative, reflective, be meaningful, and will provide you with an opportunity to serve others.
