Is parking available on campus?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests and event attendees, making arrival and departure simple and convenient.
Do you offer audiovisual support?
Many of our spaces are equipped with screens, projectors, and sound systems. Please let us know your AV needs in the request form so we can confirm availability and setup options. A/V support team members are not included in a rental - all use of provided amenities is expected to be independent.
What days and times are spaces available?
Availability varies based on the church calendar and existing events. When you submit a request, our team will work with you to identify available dates and times that best fit your needs. All rentals are subject to the needs of our ministry calendar.
How far in advance should I submit a request?
We recommend submitting requests as early as possible to allow for scheduling and setup planning. Some dates may require additional lead time and planning discussions.
Are tables and chairs provided?
Yes. Tables and chairs are available and can be arranged based on the needs of your meeting or event.
Is the campus accessible?
Yes. Our campus includes ADA-accessible parking, entrances, elevators, and restrooms.
Can we bring our own materials or equipment?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring materials needed for your meeting or presentation. Any special setup or equipment needs should be shared in advance.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi access is available in most areas of the campus.
How will I know if my request is approved?
Once your request form is submitted, a member of our team will follow up with availability, next steps, rental contracts, and any additional details.
Are food or refreshments allowed?
Light refreshments may be permitted depending on the space and nature of the event. Please include any food-related plans in your request so we can provide guidance. Alcohol is never permitted on Christ United property.
